We’ll start with an in-depth introduction to get to know your unique challenges, goals, and needs. During this phase, we’ll set up your personalized program in the coaching app, including tools for accountability, communication, and progress tracking.

In our first session, we’ll dive deep into your goals and define what resilience means for you. This is where we’ll outline the specific outcomes you want to achieve and address any barriers standing in your way, focusing on mindset and motivation to set a strong foundation.

The program is entirely online, so you can join from anywhere. However, if you’re in Saskatoon, you can book in-person chiropractic care separately.

You’ll have access to 24/7 messaging through the coaching app, regular video check-ins, and accountability tracking. I’m here to answer your questions, provide feedback, and help you stay on track every step of the way.
