Dancing in a small town meant limited resources, but my passion always pushed me to grow. After pivoting from university to Massage Therapy, I found my true calling in Chiropractic—yet something still felt incomplete.

Discovering the link between my own hypermobilities and dance performance sparked my dedication to studying female sport performance and specialized care for dancers. Now, as a Chiropractor and dancer, I’ve combined my experience to create The Dance Apothecary—a 1:1 coaching program designed to help high-performance dancers train smarter, move better, and build longevity in their craft.
